Our newest mural is complete!  This will be a great backdrop for photos for our Oban exchange students. Thanks to our local artist, Shaquille Ray for bringing this to life. Mr. Ray is the  Art teacher at Carver Middle School and is a talented artist. The Arts Council is proud to have sponsored four of our downtown murals.
